Inspiration Behind the Painting:
Living out in the country, I get to see the most beautiful scenes when I venture out for a drive to the nearby towns (which are all a good 45 minute drive in every direction!). The inspiration is limitless.
This picture is of a quaint little cottage I saw in the spring-time, it was so beautiful and inspiring that I just had to paint my interpretation of it. Wouldn't you like to live there?
