  1. Hi I would love to be able to walk without excruciating pain in my knees, I had a knee replacement on my left knee and have a torn meniscus in the other. I would like to NOT have surgery on the torn meniscus knee and lose the 60 pounds I gained not being able to move for over a year, dealing with my knee issues. I’m a 62 year old woman and need to get healthy . Help me please!!!! Thanks so much, Deborah Cosentino

  2. In 2015 I would like to eat predominantly plant based to improve my health an encourage my family to do same 🙂 and gain a greater work life balance.

  3. This is so exciting! My 2014 was experimenting with plant based foods and I loved it! I just got back from 5 weeks of traveling overseas and want a healthy, non-starving kick start to my year! Thriving in plant foods is my biggest goal for 2015 for my health and I believe your program will educate me really well! Thank you! X laurenpavljuk@hotmail.com

  4. I love your website and am so glad I have found it! I love waking up to new recipes and ideas. The #1 thing I want/need to do is drop some pounds. Not because I want to be thinner and prettier, but for health reasons. I am still young, but if I don’t figure out my weight problems soon, I know I will be facing some big health risks in the very near future. I have yo-yo-ed and been on all sides of the spectrum regarding weight. I know that being at a low weight (Something I always wanted as a chubby teenager) doesn’t guarantee happiness, and that it isn’t the key to a perfect life. Your problems don’t disappear just because you are eating right and wearing a size 2. This time around, I know that I will need to work on making ALL aspects of my life healthier- relationships, career, dreams, finances, etc. I have gone vegan for months at a time in the past and have also tried other things like paleo, etc. Vegan always feels best to me, and after I adopted my 2 cats, Calvin and Scout, I really can’t stomach meat. I just can’t! :0( I have been a health coach in the past as well, and seem to be able to help everyone but myself. I just got married and would like to be able enjoy this time in my life, but my weight affects my happiness levels, and I really would just like to be able to start off the new year with the hope that I can have some sort of stable and long lasting plan. I have gained and lost and gained and lost, never being able to maintain. I know that at the end of the day it doesn’t have anything to do with food per se, but rather my mental state and and my self care. That is something I am working on- being nicer to myself, less judgmental, and I guess I am trying to take my own advice. I love cooking and preparing meals, and access to some cool plans and recipes from you would be a really great jolt of inspiration to start the year off. I am a writer and actor and have healed my body with food in the past, and I would really love to be able to do that again… consistently! :0) My email address is kathryneisabelle@gmail.com

  5. A healthy lifestyle is my first priority because I feel so vibrant with energy when I am mindful. I would LOVE to be taken care of….the gift of not having to plan…just enjoying the nurture that winning would bring. Thanks for the opportunity.

  6. I would like to eliminate sugar ….after indulging during the holidays I don’t feel good……I also want to learn how to “be”.

  7. I would love to get my fibromyalgia under control. Since I switched to vegan its helped immensely but I still have a long way to go

  8. I would like to win the special giveaway because it would keep me accountable for my actions. If I bought the program and didn’t stick with it, I would just waste my money. I typically lack stick-to-it-ness. But, if I won the program, I would not want to waste your generous gift. 🙂 I want to adopt a healthy lifestyle that will stick with me for life. I am 38 and have never known what it feels like to be healthy. I have come close but old eating habits resurface and then I have to start all over again. It’s frustrating! I want 2015 to be the year that I finally get control over myself both mentally and physically.

  9. I really just want to get healthy and be free of all the aches, pains, ulcerative colitis, and other effects of the excess weight and bad food. With that I know the weight loss will come so my only objective for now is to focus on health. Cheryl.

  10. SSSOOO happy I found this today! It’s my b’day today and I would love to start my year off rediscovering a plant-based diet that my whole family could enjoy. The ‘sneek peak’ looks amazing and oh so tasty!! Thank you for all your hard work and inspiration throughout 2014, and I look foward to following you in 2015! Happy New Year beautiful!

  11. What a great giveaway! I would like to continue to work on my intuitive eating skills next year. I hope to continue becoming a more mindful eater in 2015!

  12. My daughter is getting married in September 2015. So, I would love to get the healthy glow by following a lifestyle that includes eating minimally processed, plant based foods, exercise, and self-care. Thank you.

  13. I would love to learn to listen to my body and not be a glutinous eater…not because it tastes good do I have to eat everything!!! learn self control and discipline!! That would be amazing !!! Eat healthier and control my cravings!!

  14. This year is going to be a year of TRUE health! My goal is to sustain a year of health…(which I hope will lead to a life of health). For years I have been battling health problems and putting them off thinking I was invincible. I got more caught up in being skinny (which might I add I never did achieve either), but in doing so went on fad diets, crazy exercise regimes etc. SO this year…it’s not about looks, it’s about ACTUAL HEALTH. Energy, organs that work, no more headaches, a holistic approach to me. Love your work Ilene. lucylg@gmail.com

  15. Everyone has a personal journey – my journey is of recovery. For 2015 I would like to have simply a peace of mind. Be and feel a sense of freedom and live a life without negativity, fear and restriction around food and exercise. Just be. Just live.

  16. In 2015 I want to make an effort to check in with myself 5 minutes a day, to make sure I’m really present in everything I do/experience this year

  17. This year I want to focus on really being present in everything I do/experience, so I plan to take 5 min a day to just check in with myself! Happy new year xx
