Here is a recipe for a sweet and fruity strawberry liqueur made from local (strong) spirit. It could be made with good quality vodka, but it wouldn’t be the same.

- 6 cups strawberries
- 946 ml schnapps
- 7 oz sugar
- 200 ml water
Instructions
- Mash the strawberries and soak them in the alcohol for 10 days.
- After 10 days, cook the simple syrup with water and sugar.
- Cool it down and add to the alcohol.
- Pour into clean bottles and seal.
