Permian Express Terminal LLC and Permian Express Partners LLC recently began a binding Open Season for the Permian Express 3 project to seek shipper commitments for crude oil transportation service from Midland to Nederland, Texas.

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. announced the 30-day Open Season earlier this week.

Permian Express 3 is being developed to deliver crude oil from the Permian Basin to multiple markets.
The project is expected to initially transport up to 100,000 barrels per day beginning in the fourth quarter
of 2017. The partnership expected to offer additional committed service opportunities in future open
seasons that will result in an estimated total capacity of up to 300,000 barrels per day.

The initial phase of the project will provide Midland Basin producers new crude oil takeaway capacity from this rapidly growing area to the Nederland, Texas, market. Future phases of the project are anticipated to offer crude oil transportation service from the Delaware Basin to multiple markets.

The initial phase of the project will enable Midland Basin producers to transport crude oil to the Nederland, Texas market. The companies expect future phases of the project to allow for the transportation of crude oil from the Delaware Basin to multiple markets.

Subject to the terms of the Open Season, incentive rates will be accessible to shippers making long-term volume commitments during the period.
