15 Signs You’ve Found Your Person

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UFL chapter.

Friends might come and go, but when you’ve found your person, you feel it in the core of your being. Your “person” is something so much more than your average, daily acquaintance. They’re the person who just gets you at your best and worst. Here are 15 signs you’ve officially found them.

1. You two can communicate solely with weird facial expressions.

2. They understand that your ex or any other person you even remotely had a crush on is completely off limits.

3. At any given time, you know they’ll be down to get food with you.

4. You can count on them to take care of you, in sickness and in health.

5. Their enemies are your enemies.

6. You know your secrets will always be safe with them.

7. They’ll always be brutally honest with you, which you appreciate.

8. You know their closet is always open for you.

9. They’re always down to do mini photo shoots with you, complimenting you the entire time.

10. You celebrate each other always.

11. They won’t judge you for anything.

12. You complete each other’s sentences.

13. You trust them with your ugly selfies.

14. They’ll always boost your self-esteem.

15. Through everything, you know that they’ll be there for you.

Your person is simply that: your person. They aren’t just a friend. They’re there for you no matter what, through the bad and the good, and you know they’ve got your back in every situation.
