Statement from Assemblyman Anthony Bucco:

“As I am sure everyone understands, this has been a very difficult week for my mother, for me and my children. Obviously, the last thing I really wanted to think about is politics. Unfortunately, the laws do not give me and my family the benefit of time, and the residents of the 25th district deserve representation in Trenton quickly. So, after talking it through with my family, I have decided to seek my father’s vacant State Senate seat in the special convention.”
